Mectron Skill Factory is an educational project conceived by Mectron and launched in 2024 to deliver high-impact, hands-on medical training worldwide.

Designed for clinicians who want to move beyond theory, it offers an immersive experience combining essential scientific insights with intensive practical sessions focused on piezosurgery technology. Courses are held in multiple countries and delivered in the local language, with small groups and expert tutors guiding participants through realistic surgical simulations.

Beyond training, Skill Factory fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging open exchange, trusted relationships, and, why not, also a few relaxed moments of shared laughter.
